•Try-ons and partial deliveries are not allowed, and items cannot be returned to the courier at the time of delivery.

•The brand does not cover shipping fees for exchange or refund requests, unless the reason is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Once your request is approved, refunds and exchanges are issued within 5 to 7 working days.
